Handle on the Arts is dedicated to providing quality products and services.  We also strive to be fair and reasonable in dealing with returns of our products.  We will always return or replace defective products free of charge.  We cannot, however, refund shipping costs, or pay for return shipping.  Returns are accepted within the first 30 days of unused like new merchandise.
